View live data of all or selected Flexi CC queues on your TV display.
In the left pane get a quick view of queue time and number in queue. In the right pane get detalied view with
All important queue data i.e ”GOS level”, ”agent status”, ”lost calls” etc.
You can either let wallboard rotate the detailed view between queues or you choose to only view specific queue.
